Job Description :
	Job Purpose: To provide support to assigned fields in OML-42 by applying sound reservoir engineering knowledge, skills and best industry practices to maximize well and facility production. Key Result Areas Main Activities and Responsibilities: Reservoir modeling & simulation, reservoir analysis, reserves estimation, production forecasting, PVT analysis. 1.Develop up to date understanding of reservoirs including pertinent data and performance history in areas of assignment 2.Routinely monitor reservoir performance, identify changing conditions and provide recommendations to optimize reserves and production 3.Maintain up-to-date reservoir models (including material balance models) and possess the ability to understand and match changing reservoir conditions and be able to provide recommendations for production and reserves optimization 4.Collaborate with production engineers to maintain representative integrated production model of assigned fields, reservoirs and wells 5.Routinely review reservoirs to re-assess remaining reserves, recommend recovery improvement strategies – gas lifting, pressure maintenance, enhanced oil recovery based on quality reservoir studies 6.Provide support to new wells, new field developments and exploratory activities. 7.Perform fit-for-purpose reservoir studies to understand reservoir behavior and provide recommendations to reserves maximization. 8.Perform reservoir simulation studies 9.Estimate reserves for wells and reservoirs in assigned fields

Requirement :
	Paper Qualification: Minimum B.Eng/B Sc (Minimum second Class lower) in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
	Experience: Minimum 2+ years work experience in similar role.
	Must Have (apart from the above): Key Competencies: 1.Material Balance Methods and Applications 2.Integrated production modeling 3.3D Reservoir Simulation 4.Field Development Planning 5.Reserves Estimation 6.Fluid PVT Analysis 7.Decline Analysis 8.Relative Permeability 9.Production Forecasting 10.Well test analysis and interpretation 11.Basic understanding of geosciences 12.Probabilistic Analysis of reservoir volumes 13.Subsurface Uncertainty Analysis and Management 14.Effective oral and written communication skills, particularly for technical presentations. 15.Self-motivated to learn and adopt new technologies and impart knowledge to others. 16.Proactive analytical skills with attention to details and process improvements 17.Ability to maintain records, and prepare reports and correspondence related to the work 18.Excellent team player and ability to perform very well in a cross-functional work environment
