Job Description
Supervise branch Teller transactions and backup for Branch Operations Manager
Key Roles & Responsibilities

•Supervision of the processing of all daily cash deposits, withdrawals, drafts and transfers
•Respond to customer inquiries/complaints to a specified standard of quality.
•Vault custodian.
•Responsible for supervision of in-house ATM administration and ATM uptime
•Review and authorization of account opening as well as all other CSU backoffice transactions
•General reconciliation of branch suspense account activities
•Ensure timely tat and efficient service delivery
•Achievement of nil operational loss

Qualifications & Skills


•Relevant first degree
•Sound knowledge of Banking practices/Regulations
•Good Customer relations/Customer focus
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Excellent operational awareness and ability to discover potentially fraudulent transactions
•Good knowledge of the operations of other departments and the bank's products

In compliance with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act of 2004, all applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme. A discharge certificate will be required as evidence of completion of the programme. Where an exemption has been granted, a certificate of exemption will also be required.
