Job Description
The position is responsible for Managing the MIS function for the New Business Team



Key Roles & Responsibilities

The Role invlolves providing timely MIS to support the New Business Team category through:
Automation of routine reports.

• Preparation of Sales MIS.
• Sales agents' monthly performance tracking.
• Preparation of Sales agents incentives
• Sales analysis such as trends, productivity, vintages and deciles.
• Cost and profitability analysis.
• Market intelligence reports.
• Adhoc reports as required by the business

Qualifications & Skills


- Banking experience is an advantage 1-3 years depending on Job grade.
- Qualifications in Accountancy /Computer Science is preferable (though not mandatory) with extensive proven track record and experience.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills.

- Relevant professional qualifications are added advantage.
