FRONT DESK OFFICERS (REF CODE:FD)

QUALIFICATION/PROFILE:

• Minimum educational level of OND
• Good interpersonal skills
• Coordinated and disciplined

Main Tasks:

• Supervises and facilitates front desk operation
• Responds to customers enquires
• Resolve customer complain within scope of authority
• Manage phone activity including general knowledge callers
