The Job:
C Liaise with customers and sales team on payments and sales orders to ensure prompt delivery of products ordered.
C Track payments and reconcile any differences with accounts to ensure customers’ accounts are credited promptly.
C Keep
customers updated on their orders, account balance and any development
in the company, e.g. change in price, freight issues etc.
The person:
C Good verbal and written communication skills;
C Ability to speak Hausa Language fluently;
C Interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation;
C Intermediate level of Microsoft office packages
Qualification:
C OND in any discipline.
C 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English Language in not more than 2 sittings.
Experience:
C 2 years’ customer relations experience.
