Christopher Kings & Associates: Our client, a growing safety and security solutions company, is seeking to hire professionals with track records of competence to fill the position of a Branch Operations Manager  immediately.

Role Summary:
Directs and coordinates all operational and marketing activities of the company to obtain optimum efficiency and maximize profits by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop and implement strategic objectives of the management/proprietors.
  • Establish standards for staff administration and performance, product selection and service, and type of patronage to be solicited.
  • Coordinate activities to effect operational efficiency and budget.
  • Allocate funds, authorize expenditures, and assist in planning budgets for outlet
  • Direct and coordinate promotion of services performed to develop new markets opportunities and obtain competitive position in industry.
  • Confer with proprietor and other functional supervisors to review activities, operating, and sales reports to determine changes or operations required.
  • Review and approve requisitions for supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure the maintenance of quality of products and services
  • Planning, assigning, and directing work;
  • Appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees
  • Addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • Direct the marketing and Business development function of the organization
  • Market existing and new product through creation, development, and implementation of various marketing solutions.
  • Develop strategies for establishing partnerships and business relationships to market organisation’s products or services.
  • Plan and conduct market research to identify opportunities for increased sales and market share.
  • Manage relationships with various prospective, clients, and partners.
  • Facilitating the organisation of sales and promotional activities to increase customer traffic.
  • Other duties will be assigned occasionally to meet up with the demand of the business.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree from a university
  • Up to 2 years’ experience in a Sales position will be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to resolve interpersonal conflicts;
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • The ability to work under little or no supervision
  • Customer Service - Respond promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Meets commitments.
  • Good written and oral communication skills
