Job Responsibilities
- Formulating overall aims and objectives for the school and policies for their implementation
- Grow the school through outreach and programmes
- Meeting with other education professionals, and representing the school at conferences and other events outside the school in the local community and nationwide
- Ensuring the school is up4o-date with innovations, from teaching practices to new technologies
- Reporting on the schools performance to a range of audiences, including directors, Trustees, Local Education Authority, the local community, and others
- Establish and maintain links or partnerships with businesses
- Must possess a good first degree in Education or a Masters or Post Graduate Degree in Education
- Must be familiar with British curriculum
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in School Administration
- Must have Leadership skills,
- Must have effective communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
- Must have an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be hard working, able to multitask and work long hours
Salary Very competitive with an Official car and Driver
