School Head/Principal Vacancy at Leading School

We seek a highly skilled School Head/Principal for our School. Our preferred choice would be a lady with international exposure. Expatriates are encouraged to apply


Job Responsibilities

• Formulating overall aims and objectives for the school and policies for their implementation
• Grow the school through outreach and programmes
• Meeting with other education professionals, and representing the school at conferences and other events outside the school in the local community and nationwide
• Ensuring the school is up4o-date with innovations, from teaching practices to new technologies
• Reporting on the schools performance to a range of audiences, including directors, Trustees, Local Education Authority, the local community, and others
• Establish and maintain links or partnerships with businesses

Requirements

• Must possess a good first degree in Education or a Masters or Post Graduate Degree in Education
• Must be familiar with British curriculum
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in School Administration
• Must have Leadership skills,
• Must have effective communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
• Must have an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must be hard working, able to multitask and work long hours

Remuneration
Salary Very competitive with an Official car and Driver
