5 Positions at a Lagos Based Estate Surveyors and Valuers Company

Vacancy exists for the following post in a well established firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with Head Quarters in Lagos with very encouraging conditions of service. 

1. Estate Surveyor (Valuation Dept.) 

Qualification:

- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience. 

- Must be very Good in Valuation 

- Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers Licence. 

- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market. . 

Must be able to work with minimal supervision 

- ANIVS is an added advantage 

2. Estate Surveyor (Management Dept.)

Qualifications

- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience. 

- Must be very Good in Property Management 

- Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers Licence. 

- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market. 

- Must be able to work with minimal supervision 

- ANIVS is an added advantage 

3. Pupil Estate Surveyor 

Qualification:

- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience. 

- Must be able to drive + a Valid Drivers Licence. 

- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market. 

- Good marketing and communication skills. 

4. Confidential Secretary

- Applicants must be computer literate. 

- Must be able to take dictation and have at least 4 years experience 

- Candidates with a B.Sc or HND in Secretarial studies would be preferred 

5. Personal Asst. to Principal Partner 

Qualification:

- Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of B.Sc or HND in any discipline. 

- Computer Skill + 2 years experience 

- Be able to organise activities of the PP with minimal supervision
