Personal Assistant to The Group CEO

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate from a reputable University/Polytechnic (A Masters degree would be an advantage) 
  • Experienced in an Administration/Executive Assistant/PA role in a high-pressure environment requiring tact, judgement and discretion in handling internal and external contacts (essential). 
  • Experience of successful working with senior management. 
  • Abilityto multi-task and to represent the CEO's office. 
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills. 
  • Have excellent computer skills; literate in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and be well presented at all times. 
  • The ideal candidate must be very proficient in the English language, and should be able to write high level letters as part of his/her duties.
Accountant

  • Job Field Accounting/Audit

  • Assist the Finance Manager in handling accounting and financial responsibilities of the company. 
  • The ideal candidate must have good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Contribute towards the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and budgetary control. 
  • Create and maintain the chart of accounts and other company financial records/Information. 
  • Supervise the passing of accounting entries in the books of account. 
  • General accounting and financial reconciliations, including bank reconciliation. 
Qualifications/Experience: 
  • B.Sc/HND in Accounting from a reputable University/Polytechnic; (ICAN/ACCA membership would be an added advantage). 
  • Must have at least 3 years hands-on experience as an Accountant in a structured environment. 
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Should be GAAP/IFRS Proficient.
