We are looking for Regional Marketing Manager who can manage end to end offline marketing Activities.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years

Job Description:

Develop and manage all BTL campaigns working across all media including Press, Outdoor, Road show and Events Management.
Identify target market of users, acquire and grow user base consistently in line with management by objective.
Liaison with the cross sectional agencies advertising agencies, printers, vendors, media houses, to implement marketing campaigns.
Identify opportunities and run multiple campaigns in order to convert existing users from brand awareness level to brand usage level.
Developing & Executing new marketing strategies with coordinating cross department team members.
Continually track and act on campaigns on a weekly basis to deliver effective, efficient campaigns
Responsible for managing channel marketing team and achieve user acquisition target through such channels.
Planning and Managing Marketing Budget for best cost optimizing methods to implement all of the marketing activities.
Identifying business marketing opportunities to support sales team
Conduct Regular Market Research to gauge brand health index and take appropriate action plan
Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of relevant experience in Marketing Management includes BTL activities and Event Management.
Exceptional communication skills with experience in TV and Press Interviews.
Highly Enthusiastic, Goal Oriented, Innovative and Responsible person.
He / she must be an exceptional team Leader who can take entire team along with him/her.
Should have zeal to learn with new technology along with latest market trend.
Should have ample experience of streamlining marketing processes and expanding into new territories.
Experience in working on multi culture environment would be preferable.
Highest levels of professionalism & integrity. Skill Requirement
Preferably MBA with IT/Tech Industry.
