Qualification Must be a Graduate Mechanical Engineering with at least 12+ years experience as QA/QC Engineer Experience 12+ years exp in oil gas projects in the areas of Quality System Implementation, Design verification, supervising the construction activities, Inspection, Testing & Surveillance for EPC project. Conceptual design, detailed design review, submarine pipelines, risers, on shore pipelines, Welding, NDT, Joint coating, Painting, concrete weight coating, anode installation, cp system. Holiday testing, pressure testing, inspection of the same as per the approved procedures with ANSI B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, ASME SEC II, SEC V, SECVIII, SEC IX, API 1104. Conversant with NACE, ASME, API, ASTM, ANSI, NORSOK, DNV and BS codes. QC surveillance to monitor and record pre-commissioning activities inclusive of management of team of quality control inspectors for construction supervision, Project control measures & verification by QC engineers. Experience in developing /reviewing /checking Project Quality Manual, Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP), Welding Procedure Specification/ PQR, Vendor/Subcontractor Selection and Inspection, Material/Equipment Selection, Database/Traceability System and all QA/QC reporting and documentation, Additional Requirements Must have Certification as ISO 9001 QMS Auditor.
