Job Description
Key Activities- Liase with account officers in the various locations(where applicable) to obtain information / reports
- Collate and consolidate trial balance and financial reports
- Checks and confirms the accuracy of general ledger codes
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register
- Maintain and update work in progress register
- General accounting codes
Reliability of Reports
- Timeliness of financial reports
- Relevance of reports to decision making
- Accuracy of reports
- Clarity / Language in reports
- Completeness of Reconciliation register
- Accuracy in filing an easy retrieval of documents
