Job Description
Core Network Integration Engineer with a specialization in Ericsson Equipment is required to join the leading telecom solutions provider during an exciting phase of growth and investment on an initial 6 month contract. Based in Nigeria the Core Network Integration Engineer will take responsibility of all aspects of the integration in the network, provide technical guidance to the on-site engineers and communicate with customer in regards of the Ericsson Core Network Equipment integration.The Core Network Integration Engineer will be responsible
* To support the telecom vendor and their client with the Core Network integration involving Ericsson Equipment and act as the onsite expert
* Support the installation, configuration and commissioning
Desired Skills & Experience
Essential Skills & Experience:* A high level of core network Integration experience using Ericsson equipment
* A good level of understanding of the Core Network from an Ericsson Perspective
* A high level of understanding of the network structure of the Packet Switched (PS). I.e. GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, UMTS and GPRS.
* A high level of understanding of PCRF (Policy and charging rule function).
