Desired Candidate Profile
o Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to work effectively as a trainer. o Strong analytical problem solving abilities with good knowledge of software engineering working with advanced automated control systems. o In-depth knowledge of Siemens Simatic S7, WInCC and Omron CX One. o Ability to develop and implement e-assessment platform. o Ability to develop Multimedia Training Platform and Database Management Software. o Strong technical knowledge and design of control, pneumatics and electronics systems. o Strong technical knowledge and design of control, pneumatics and electronics systems. o Good experience in high and low voltage control circuits, electric motors & motor rewinding. o Knowledge of drive systems (wide range of frequency converters and servo drives). o Practical knowledge and hands on experience on wide range of Bottling Equipment is a major advantage. o Good leadership, people management and multi-tasking skills with result-oriented disposition o Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, dependability with sound communication skills. o Minimum of 5 years experience as an Operational staff or Trainer in a Lucid Organization or Lecturer in a recognized tertiary institution with indepth knowledge of Lab Technicians duty. o Experience in FMCG environment will be an advantage.

  • Monitor and implement preventive maintenance of automation/electrical equipments.
  • Monitor the status of automation/electrical equipment and carry out repair activities.
  • Ensure high reliability of automation/electrical equipment in the plants.
  • Ensure capability development of subordinates and trainees to enhance their efficiency and ability to carry out current and future responsibilities.
  • Identify and lead cost effective continuous improvement projects for the department.
  • Apply knowledge of fault-finding in automation and electronics facilities.
  • Ensure availability of electrical and automation tools, software, hardwares and electrical diagram documentation for training purposes.
