Desired Candidate Profile
o Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to work effectively as a trainer. o Demonstrated analytical problem solving abilities. o In-depth knowledge of utility operations, maintenance and repairs. o Strong leadership, people management and multi-tasking skills, with good result-oriented disposition. o Knowledge and hands on experience of Bottling Equipment is a major advantage. o Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, dependability with sound communication skills. o Minimum of 5 years experience as an Operational staff or Trainer in a Lucid Organization or Lecturer in a recognized tertiary institution. o Experience in FMCG environment will be an advantage.

Our ideal candidate’s primary responsibilities include training and developing people’s capability to:

  • Implement preventive maintenance of Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical equipments.
  • Monitor and ensure high reliability, status and repair of Mechanical equipment.
  • Ensure and maintain high reliability of Mechanical equipment, recommend parts needed in Mechanical installations, expansions, overhaul of bottling equipment.
  • Ensure availability of Mechanical tools, software and diagram documentation essential for his function as a trainer.
  • Ensure capability development of associates and trainees (Engineers and Technicians) to enhance their efficiency and ability to carry out current and future responsibilities.
  • Identify lead cost and ensure continuous improvement projects in the department.
  • Ensure sound knowledge and maintenance of utility facilities including boilers, cooling compressors, heat exchangers etc.
