Role Description:
To provide support for the Head of Business Development & Strategy
Reporting to: Head of Business Development and Strategy
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist with concept initiation, design and development of projects
- Preparation of financial evaluation/ feasibility reports
- Preparation of business case and or investment documents
- Monitors the real estate market as well as evaluate and qualify value adding real estate business opportunities for the company
- Assist with the development of high level costing and financing scenarios to determine the viability of each opportunity identified
- Pre-development management
- Develop and maintain a project proposal database
- Manage customer/client relationships
- Provide support to Marketing and Project Development teams
- Develop and build relationships with financial, technical and operating partners;
- Assist in building effective relationships with relevant government agencies
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive real estate database
- Any other duties relevant to the job as assigned by the Head, Business Development & Strategy.
Person’s Profile:
- Candidates must have B.Sc in Business or Social Sciences, M.Sc in Real Estate Finance or any related discipline.
- An MBA would be an added advantage
- At least 3 years experience in the Real Estate or Financial industry;
- Excellent oral and written Communication Skills
- Very good presentation and report writing skills
- Strong Analytical and Research skills
- Project Management Skills
- Good working knowledge of Ms-Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

Role Description:
To provide support for the Head of Business Development and Strategy

Key Accountabilities:
- To support the development and implementation of marketing plans
- To be responsible for the development of in-house marketing materials
- Preparation of marketing presentations
- Manage the company brands
- Coordinate all advert, branding and PR campaigns
- Develop brand identities for any new products or services
- Manage existing customer relationships and develop new relationships
- Conduct market research
- Maintain and Manage relationship with Partners, Media and Related parties
- Develop performance metrics for marketing spend
- Jointly manage the marketing budget
- Any other duties relevant to the job as assigned by the Head of Business Development and Strategy.
Person’s Profile:
- Candidates must have B.Sc. in Social Science, Humanities or related disciplines
- At least 4 years experience in Marketing and Advertising or media related exposure
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Very good presentation and report writing skills
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of Ms-Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
