Real Estate Firm - Facility Manager, Sales Executive

We are integrated real estate firm with about a decade experience in property development and construction, with corporate office in Lagos. Our mission is to develop properties that guarantee enduring value to our stakeholders. To this end, we are currently seeking young and dynamic professionals to fill the following positions:


Position:     Facility Manager – FM001

Role Description:
To manage the delivery of services in a residential/commercial estate

Reporting to:       Head of Project Development

Key Accountabilities:
  • Developing, Managing and Implementing the Facility Management strategy for the Organization
  • Coordinating day-to-day Facility Management Operations
  • Developing and defining the Facility Management policies for the Organization
  • Developing, Interpreting, Championing and Communicating the relevant Facility Management processes and procedures
  • Developing and Managing all Service Level Agreements
  • Facility Inventory planning and Management
  • Managing all contractual third party maintenance relationships
  • Managing the delivery of Services (water, power, security, waste disposal etc) to Estate residents
  • Preventive maintenance of all of the estate facilities
  • Procurement and Contract Management
  • Developing and Managing estate Management and Maintenance programs
  • Appointment and Management of third party Service Providers including using performance techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels
  • Management of all in house maintenance staff
  • Upgrading of facilities to meet customer or regulatory demands
  • Any other duties relevant to the job as assigned by the Head of Project Development.

Person Profile:
  • First and/or second Degree in any Construction related field e.g. Architecture, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Estate management or Building.
  • A master’s degree in Facility Management would be an added advantage
  • Membership of any of the following RIBA, NSE, IFM, RICS, NIESV would be an added advantage.
  • Must have at least 8 years cognate Facility Management experience in the last 3 years at management level
  • Hands on Facilities Management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Position:     Sales Executive – SE001

Role Description:
To provide sales support for the Marketing Team

Reporting to:       Manager, Marketing and Sales

Key Accountabilities:
  • Generation of sales
  • Lead generation
  • Render after sales support to new customers
  • Liaise with external bodies on Sales related issues
  • Monitor activities of industry competitors and trends
  • Prepare periodic reports and analysis of sales activities
  • Manage existing customer relationship as regards remittance of receivables
  • Complement Marketing team’s efforts to drive sales
  • Any other duties relevant to the job as assigned by the Manager/Supervisor.

Person’s Profile:
  • Candidates must have B.Sc. /HND in Social Sciences or Estate Management
  • At least 3 years experience in the Real Estate industry
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Attentive to details
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
