The search is for an experienced professional, high in critical thinking, strategic in approach, with a sound knowledge of business and capacity to deploy innovative solutions, drawing from an incisive understanding of accounting, information technology and the financial services industry. 

POSITION: GROUP HEAD (ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT)

This position reports directly to the Group Managing Director and has group-wide responsibility for ensuring that procedures. policies, charters and codes are optimally applied to achieve world class standards in risk management, corporal governance, internal audit and regulatory compliance.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Must have a good first degree in any of the following disciplines: Economics, Insurance, Actuarial Science, Accounting, Finance or any related field as well , a Masters degree in Risk Management, Economics, Finance/allied discipline.
Professional membership of a recognized Institute of Risk Management such as the Institute of Risk Management of London, is required.
Not less than 12 years consolidated post-graduation work experience in the financial services sector, preferably the insurance sub-sector is required. 4 of which must be in a key management position.
