Job Title: National Site Acquisition Manager

Job Description:
•Acquisition of BTS and Transmission sites
-Negotiate and acquire exclusive property ownership rights and multi-deal agreements with corporate organizations
-Receive information on number of sites for particular FY from RF Planning and cascade this information to the Regional Heads
-Set PPPs of Network group and functional specifications for the region
-Ensure that Regional Heads do not exceed set rental limits on property acquired
-Coordinate activities of the regions to ensure that weekly targets for number of sites to be acquired is met
-Facilitate visit by relevant regulatory agencies (e.g Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority) to BTS sites in the regions
•Supervise the management of the lease agreement and renewal process
•Supervision of sundry site acquisition activities
-Ensure that ownership verification, approvals from the urban and planning authorities, and all other relevant documentation are obtained by the Regional Head before first sign-off on the purchase requisition form
-Resolve escalated site related complaints from the regions
-Maintain and update database of sites acquired
-Conduct site inspections
Job Conditions: Must have valid driver’s license Open plan office
Reporting To: Senior Manager,Network Rollout
Required Skills:
•Degree in a Law or Estate Management
•Minimum (8) years experience in related function preferably within a telecoms environment.
