Reports To: Profile Team Leader/MMIA Duty Manager Function: Security Location: Lagos. Purpose Statement: To provide effective ongoing support and advice to Customer Service Agents (CSA’s) and Duty Managers, to ensure that correct passenger profiling procedures are maintained to mitigate risks of attack against the airline and passengers from terrorists posing as passengers. He/she also ensures that fines for Inadmissible passenger are kept to a minimum by ensuring that unlawful passengers are properly screened. Key Accountabilities: - Provides effective monitoring of CSA’s to ensure that proper procedures for profiling of passengers is maintained at all times, both for primary and secondary screening - Ensures that passenger issues relating to possible forged documents are handled and strictly adhered to according to Air Nigeria and regulatory procedures. - Provides effective advice and support to Duty Managers, regarding suspicious passengers and or travel documents - Ensures close supervision of CSA’s is maintained and any potential issues/discrepancies are dealt with appropriately and reported to the Team Leader and or Duty Manager - Gives effective direction and close support to Team Lead/CSA’s - Maintain good working relationship with all AN staff, Airport Authorities and High Commission Officials - Diligent, resourceful, respectful, and tactful Knowledge, Skills and Experience: The position requires a university degree / HND from a Recognised institution. Applicant must possess 3 years of previous work experience.
