Job
• Facilitate clear and frequent communication of the projects goals,
activities and status via newsletters, maintenance of project website,
posters, meetings and emails.This is expected to improve Upstream
Nigeria (UN) alignment with project through on-going and visible
communications. The communication activities are expected to be
continuous throughout the life of the projects. She/he will work with
the project teams in developing the communications.
• Document, maintain and upgrade project processes by incorporating new/additional control points to minimize control gaps while ensuring zero process redundancies. This will cover all projects processes and ensure alignment with EMCAPS. Due to the complexities and changing requirements of Project operations, we expect this job to be fully engaging as we continuously review our processes to fully support our operations.
